By accessing or using the EU–Nigeria Agribusiness Platform (EUNAP), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. User Eligibility
The platform is open to agribusiness stakeholders including farmers, SMEs, buyers, investors, service providers, government agencies, NGOs, researchers, and others. You must provide accurate and verifiable information when registering.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. EUNAP will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard login details.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and to:
- −Not engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior
- −Not upload malicious software or spam
- −Not impersonate any individual or entity
- −Not infringe on intellectual property rights
5. Content Submission
By uploading any content (including business profiles, products, logos, documents, or images), you affirm that you:
- −Have the rights to use and share the content
- −Grant EUNAP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and its communications
6. Use of Images
EUNAP may use stock photos from free image sources and display media uploaded by users. You are responsible for ensuring that any image you upload does not infringe on third-party copyright.
7. Termination of Access
EUNAP reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms of Use without prior notice.
8. Modifications
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
